Claremont Young Musicians Orchestra closes its 2025-26 season Sunday, May 31 with two free and open to the public concerts at Bridges Hall of Music, 150 E. Fourth St., Claremont. Intermezzo and Overture String orchestras perform at 2 p.m., and Claremont Young Musicians Orchestra at 7 p.m. with Ninah Chan and Dallas Chu, winners of CYMO’s 2026 concerto competition.

Performers include Claremont High’s Olivia Chan, Jonathan Fan, Joshua Fong, Ben Fu, Mondy Gottesman, Madeleine Ho, Isak Huang, Michael Jones, Ian Li, Jesse Li, Kristopher Plunkett, Andres Serna, Aoi Sugiyama, Keito Sugiyama, Lok Kay Teo, Ning Kay Teo, Xi Wang, and Nathan Zhang; The Webb Schools’ Haobo Xu, John Zhu, and Julie Zhu; El Roble Intermediate School’s Nia Bush, Maya Compton, Serena Fong, Emerson Little, Mukunda Sridharan, and Alex Wei; Chaparral Elementary’s Lillian Fong; and Western Christian’s Daesung Chu. Conductors Greg Samuel and Wendy Waggener attended El Roble and CHS.
