House of Ruth to host community dialogue
House of Ruth, Wescom Foundation, and ManKind Project will host a breakfast and community dialogue on how men can help end domestic violence from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 27 at 599 N. Main St., Pomona. Tickets are $45 at houseofruthinc.org/events. Students are $25.
“When men speak honestly about the impacts of domestic violence, they model healthy manhood in real time,” read the event description. “This event will focus on accountability, healing, healthy relationships, and empowering men to become allies in creating safer communities for everyone.”
