Sunset after the storm
Thunderheads hover over Claremont at sunset Friday following a very rainy night in the Inland Valley. Unofficially the storm dumped over two inches of rain in north Claremont and left a new blanket of snow on local mountains, but mostly above 7000 feet. The rain made a quick exit from the area, but will leave cooler temperatures behind. For the weekend, high temperatures will be around 60 degrees, with lows in the 4
0s. No rain or snow is in the forecast until Tuesday.
