After an extended layoff, Claremont Senior Program and the Claremont Colleges have revived their popular college course auditing program for seniors. It will return this fall under a new name, Claremont Avenues for Lifelong Learning.

Potential students must have an email address, computer, and access to the internet, and should register their interest by Monday, June 8 at Joslyn Center, 660 N. Mountain Ave., Claremont, or at anc.apm.activecommunities.com/claremontrecreation (search “CALL Program”). They will then receive a list of classes and instructions for registration. Registration must be completed online, and Claremont residents will be given priority.

Preferred courses are not guaranteed.

“If the number of individuals on the interest list exceeds the amount of course spaces available, it is possible there will not be enough space to accommodate all individuals interested in the program,” read the City of Claremont’s May 21 newsletter.
